“Our experience with Canine Purpose could not have been better. Through the years I had worked with a number of trainers and I think I was a fairly competent handler. Weston was by far the best trainer/handler I had ever worked with. He is intelligent, articulate, compassionate and never lets ego get in his way. To start with, he was compassionate to both our German Shepherd and us. He listened, and most importantly, he was able to properly diagnose/assess the problem accurately and knew exactly what to do in order to correct the behaviors. Weston had such confidence in his own ability that he was able to guide us with amazing gentleness and accurateness – and the best thing was that Levi responded with the same quietness that Weston exudes. Weston’s patience and knowledge was the perfect combination. We could not be happier with Weston and Canine Purpose and will continue to work with him as our dog’s temperament and our goals are such that this will always be a work in progress. I would recommend Weston unquestioningly to anyone with a dog. He has made such a difference in our lives and we are so thankful we found Canine Purpose.”The Peck Family and ‘Levi’
“Weston and Elise have been a real help with training me and my puppy Dax. I have a strong male German Shepherd and would like to title him. They have an innate ability to read both the dog and the handler on training needs to achieve a goal. They are patient with those of us whom sometimes ‘don’t get it at first’. Any my dog Dax just loves our training sessions, especially the protection part. Dax has really done well so far and has become a good dog at home.”Mike and ‘Dax’
“Weston and Elise were very dedicated to seeing our dog improve in his social interactions. They worked very diligently and professionally with us and our dog. We have also used their facility for boarding which was wonderful. Our dogs seemed very happy and well cared for when we picked them up. We have been very pleased with Canine Purpose.”The Hambly Family and ‘Topper’
“After having done several training courses with Petsmart and our own individual efforts, we just felt like we needed a bit more training. Both Weston and Elise helped us with one on one training as well as hosted our dog at their facilities for some time correcting the behaviors we couldn’t on our own. We love our dog even more so now with his enhanced obedience and training, thanks Canine Purpose!”The Doyle Family and ‘Loki’
“Canine purpose provides kindness, care, compassion, knowledge and expertise, only a few reasons they quickly earn the trust to care for your beloved dog. Whether we leave our dog in their care for a day or more we can enjoy our time without worry knowing our dog is in the BEST of care They are awesome people too!”The Waters Family and ‘Poncho’
“Weston and Elise are the absolute best! They both are very knowledgeable of dogs of all breeds and personalities. They have helped me immensely in training my dog which ultimately has helped me create a special bond with my dog. They are very kind and thoughtful in explaining and demonstrating techniques for training. Aside from group/private training they also provide boarding and grooming services. I cannot speak highly enough of what a great convenience it is to have them available for whenever I need to leave my fur child in good hands. I trust them 100% as my dog is always happy with the playtime and stay there. They are even able to give my dog the medications she’s on while staying there which is a huge relief. We also recently tried out their groomer and she did a phenomenal job on my long-haired GSD. If you’re looking for someone to help in training your dog for obedience or various sports, needing to room and board your dog, and or if you need to groomer services by them I 100% stand behind and recommend Canine Purpose with Weston & Elise!!”Genevieve and ‘Harley’
“Once again, thank you for taking care of our fur baby, Nala. I appreciate that I can be worry free, while I’m vacation, in that she is being well taken care of by you and your staff. Weston and Elise have been instrumental with their training skills, in helping us with our high energy girl…. thank you.
Also, I’ve liked having the option of adding grooming type services while she’s having “play date” days.”Kristina and ‘Nala’“Weston and Elise have been pivotal helping us to integrate our adult children’s pups with our pack. Our two retired racing greyhounds and three barncats were initially overwhelmed by the addition of an exuberant Australian Shepherd pup with resource guarding issues and a larger than life rescued Mastiff/German Shepherd mix. Weston was willing to make several home visits to help the humans succeed. We have also used A Canine Purpose for boarding and know the dogs are safe while they are enjoying a bit of a social life too. Can’t say enough great things about these two professionals!”Linda and ‘Knight’
“When I was looking for a place to trust with my small Labradoodle Remy, I visited several places. When we arrived a Canine Purpose, Remy ran around, tail wagging and he jumped up on me to say “This is the one, Mom!” Weston and his staff are so nice. More importantly, they know how to evaluate all the dogs to place each one in a safe and friendly spot. Remy gets plenty of outside playtime and has a large, comfortable spot to eat, rest and sleep. It’s the best boarding spot I’ve ever found!”Linda and ‘Remy’
“We have 2 strong willed German shepherds, we have been doing training with Weston and Elise for 4 years. The group classes are awesome and we have learned so much from the two of them. We have also done private sessions to work on specific things around are house. There is no problem or behavior that they cannot help you correct. They don’t just train the dogs they teach you how to get your dogs to behave. We always board are dogs with them when out of town, We know are dogs will be well cared for while we are away. They also started a grooming service and are doggies love it. I would recommend Canine Purpose to anyone who wants well behaved dog”Yolanda and ‘Kona and Kalani’
“Weston and Elise are incredible! We adopted our dog from a rescue and we desperately needed help with training. We met Wes and Elise for Flynn’s evaluation and knew it would be a great fit. Our dear friends referred us to them, and I can’t recommend them enough! Flynn is a pit/catahoula/lab mix and high energy, and has been through a lot in his young life- rescued by a cop, was in the Bradshaw shelter, had surgery, and was rescued by Resilient Dog Rescue. They loved and cared for him and Flynn had another potential owner, but it didn’t work out. We met Flynn and fell in love with him. He is high energy and a bit of a challenge, but he is a love bug. Canine loves what they do and our family trusts the whole team. Wes was so great with Flynn and walked us through what they did with his training for two weeks. I can’t thank them enough, and we love that we WANT to continue to go there for training etc. Flynn can’t wait for his next drop off play day too! Hire them. You won’t regret it.”The Nash family and ‘Flynn’
